Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Payment options
Secure options through Paypal. Your payment will be processed through Paypal. You can use this option even f you do not have a Paypal account. Any charge card can be processed through Paypal. You will be directed to the Paypal website and then once payment is accepted you will be sent back to this website.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
Personalization is free, if stated in the description of the product. This includes either the name, location or date. If there is a request for more than one line of any of these choices, there may be an extra charge.
